What is CPD?
CPD i.e. Continuous Professional Development is all about continuously improving the necessary skills, knowledge, and capabilities to demonstrate your commitment to progress in the career ladder of your organization, or maybe to get in to a better role in another organization, or maybe even to start your own business or firm. In most cases, Professional Development becomes a passion for many professionals, and as an Institution we are always there to help you achieve your desired pathway. Everyone have their own Career goals or Professional development plans, and to achieve that the learner or the employees should work on the following four principles.
- Step by step complete all the academic qualifications required for that job.
- Acquire adequate working experience.
- Obtain required additional skills, knowledge, or Certifications.
- Continuous self-learning.
Likewise, Our CPD model is based on the above four principles, and as an Educational Institution we are there to provide the learner with required additional skills, knowledge, or Certifications related to Manufacturing, or working in a Production or Factory Environment. Generally, when it is coming to Learning related to CPD, 1 CPD Point is more or less equal to 1 Instructor-guided training hour (i.e. Guided Learning Hour, GLH). According to this grading system, you will obtain 20 CPD points if you will obtain our Certified Continuous Improvement Manager (CCIM) Certification.
And now we can get you your Official CPD Certificate which indicates the CPD Points from our CPD Partner for all of our courses. We will provide this completely Free of charge for courses taken via our LMS, else you will need to make an additional payment for this, a sample Certificate (issued by Open-CPD, UK) can be downloaded from here.
